During the event\, you can immerse yourself in the Arctic atmosphere and be inspired by stories of the splendid North Karelia and Koli National Park\, a little-known but absolutely unmissable gem. \nWith darkness\, the Nordic Christmas atmosphere\, filled with candles and Christmas lights\, reaches also the homes. Santa Claus and his helpers are already busy preparing for Christmas. Children prepare their letters to Santa Claus. A great sense of anticipation fills the air! Between the ancient hills of Koli and the waters of Pielinen\, the myth comes to life. Here\, Ukko\, god of the sky and thunder\, speaks with lightning\, and Louhi\, the queen of the mists\, guards forgotten secrets. Every forest\, lake\, and rock tells stories of courage\, resilience\, and Finnish wisdom. Here\, silence becomes music\, the sauna becomes meditation\, and nature opens secret doors to creativity and joy. \nMythological Finland is more than a place: it’s an experience. An invitation to discover hidden Finland\, to walk between myth and reality\, and to rediscover what makes life profound and authentic. Here\, every step writes a new page in the great Finnish tale. \nWe’ll talk about the Northern Lights\, a natural spectacle best seen on clear northern nights. How and when can you see them? We’ll discuss them together. \nBesides letting your imagination run wild\, you can enjoy Finnish specialties like cinnamon rolls\, ginger cookies\, and glogi (a spicy hot drink)\, accompanied by other Nordic delicacies.
