To contrast the stressful city life in Milan with noisy traffic jams and air pollution, we invite you to join us for a silent moment of peace and turning inwards to listen our bodies and inner desires with a mindful snowy forest meditation designed to slow down our hopping thoughts with a frosty breathing practice and a visualization of slowly falling cristalline show flakes. You will be guided by Noora Andell a Finnish yoga teacher living in Italy.
