Autumn is the season when the northern woods are full of berries and mushrooms, and everyone has the right to pick them. Undisputed king of mushrooms is the porcine, but hundreds of types of edible mushrooms grow in nature for example chanterelles. Walks in the autumn colored woods to collect mushrooms are one of the favorite activities in the North at this time.
