An event to discover the secrets of Arctic Wellness through Soluni Arctic Berries and a guided flow yoga session.

The event consists of a flow yoga class with Valentina Torregrossa, set in a Nordic forest, and a brunch featuring rice porridge with cinnamon, a typical Nordic Christmas breakfast.

Flow yoga is a dynamic yoga discipline often referred to as vinyasa flow. It is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a continuous sequence of poses called asanas, promoting physical and mental well-being.

Finland connect a love of pristine nature and the latest technology, creating a range of products for your everyday health and vitality! During the brunch, there will be a presentation of Soluni products, including a new patented Nova skincare product.

Valentina Torregrossa is a certified yoga teacher (Hatha yoga and gentler Vinyasa yoga), children’s yoga (Balyayoga), and Pilates (matwork and Pilates with equipment).

She has been teaching yoga and Pilates since 2017 and has worked at various yoga studios in Lombardy and Piedmont. Her flow practice is characterized by sequential asanas, performed fluidly, gracefully transitioning from one pose to the next, while respecting the breath. It’s a practice suitable for everyone, fostering the intrinsic connection between body, breath, and mind. Afterward, a few minutes of guided relaxation helps dissolve both physical and more subtle tensions, such as emotional and psychological ones.
